Receiving Delivery
We will deliver the goods in accordance with your order and a valid signature will be required on delivery.

Check all boxes thoroughly for damage, pay attention to all corners of the boxes.

We advise to take photos of the boxes before opening.

Do not let the delivery driver rush you into signing before you have completed this check and taken photos.

If feasible, open the boxes and inspect all items are as should be immediately. If this is not possible, re-check the boxes and if you are in any doubt, do not sign. We advise you to contact us immediately for further guidance.

If the box appears undamaged, then sign the delivery note. Please note, only sign the delivery note once the items have been unloaded from the vehicle NOT before.

In the event items inside the box are damaged, we will require a photo of the damage. If you have taken a photo of the outer packaging as advised, this will help your claim.
- If you have signed the delivery note as undamaged and later report as damaged then we have the right to refuse the claim so it is in your best interest to take your time in inspecting the boxes thoroughly before signing as undamaged.
